Jump Rope, Heavy Bag, Burpee Sprawls

Boxing Workouts

If you are looking for a challenge and have an hour – this is the workout for you. Each of the three exercises are relentless and it makes for a challenging and rewarding workout.

Six rounds of the following:

  1. Three minutes of jump rope/1 minute rest
  2. Three minutes of heavy bag work/1 minute rest
  3. 15 burpee/sprawls/1 minute rest

Personally – the first two rounds were not too bad (I love to jump rope) but the third and fourth were hard, the fifth really hard (because the fatigue sets in) and the sixth was enjoyable because I knew I was done after it.

Now Watching: Kath & Kim

Last week I was looking for a new show to watch and someone recommended a show called Kath & Kim. My friend that recommended the show grew up in Australia and she said it was “uniquely Aussie” and that I would love it.
