Somedays you just want to lift heavy or go for speed. This 300 rep workout allows you to do both.
The Workout
There are four rounds of six different exercises which total 300 reps. Go heavy, go for speed, or go for both. This is a 20 – 15 – 10 – 5 workout. In the first round you will do 20 of each exercise, in the second round you will do 15 of each, etc.
One round = doing all of the following:
- Cleans
- Deadbugs with dumbbells
- Kettlebell swings
- Russian Twists
- Snatches
- Deadlifts
After each round – do 10 sprints if you have the space, or 50 jumping jacks or 10 burpees.
Walk away having done 50 reps of each of the exercises and 300 reps in total.
