Boxing+ Workout of the Day
If you have taken a class with me – you know I like to put my workouts on sticky notes whenever possible and tape the to the bag for a reference and today I am bringing them back for a “best of” from past classes.

We will progress through combinations by adding on more every minute for three minutes, then reset with one minute of non-boxing cardio/core before starting all over again.
This workout covers movement and endurance and will surely tire you out.
It is now 2021 and no time for excuses. Take an hour to complete this and feel better about yourself!

Time mix things up a bit with some different combinations. End the workout with 3 rounds of shadow boxing with a focus on moving and cutting angles. Footwork is key!
