My random rant or the the day…I am all for automating processes, making information easily available, etc…but what is the deal with companies that request you put in your account # or phone # while you wait to “better direct your call” only to have to enter it again later in the menu, and then once you reach a human, the first thing they do is ask for the same # again?
I just got off the phone with my phone company and I counted giving my phone number 5 times in a matter of 8 minutes. Come on people. Figure it out!
